Output / No Output Currency or Unit

In the basic list, currencies or units are automatically outputted in an additional column after the value column.

Choose the following in the context menu of the value column, to change the position of this column:

Start of the navigation path Currency Next navigation step Before the Value End of the navigation path or After the Value

Start of the navigation path Unit Next navigation step Before the Value End of the navigation path or After the Value

Choose the following in the context menu of the value column, to prevent the currency or unit column from being output:

Start of the navigation path Currency Next navigation step No Output End of the navigation path

Start of the navigation path Unit Next navigation step No Output End of the navigation path

An additional column for currencies or units is not outputted in statistics or ranked lists.

Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Settings End of the navigation path on the tabstrip Statistics/Ranked List if you want to enter a reference currency to which all currency fields are converted.

Enhance Statistics

You can enhance statistics with the following columns:

  • Percentage-based distributions

  • Number of processed data records

Choose Output Mean Value, Output Share in %, or Output Total Number in the context menu of the value column.

These enhancements are only possible for numerical columns.

Select a column containing the numerical values and choose Rounding from the context menu.

You have the following options:

  • Display value unchanged

  • Value in tens

  • Value in hundreds

  • Value in thousands

  • Value in ten thousands

  • Value in hundred thousands

  • Value in millions

  • Value in ten millions

  • Value in hundred millions

  • Value in thousand millions

Select a column and from the context menu, choose Color.

Dark blue has a special significance as a color for a key. Its effect is that, when scrolling horizontally, the dark-blue column and all columns to the left of it remain fixed. When scrolling horizontally, only columns to the right of the dark blue column move.

All other colors are used to denote a column. The color definition corresponds to the SAP standard – for example, lighter yellow for a subtotal, darker yellow for a total.

The various output lists include further options to enable you to edit the output.
