Transporting a User Group

When a user group is transported, all group members are transported from the source client. The system does not transport the assignment of InfoSets to this user group in the source client.

• During an import, the REPLACE import option first deletes all members of the group in the target client and then enters the members of the group from the source client.

• During an import, the MERGE import option keeps all members of the group in the target client assigned to the group and enters the members of the group from the source client in addition.

You can only enter a new member into a user group in the target client if a corresponding user master record exists.

In the target client, the assignment of InfoSets to this user group remain.
