Displaying the Classification StatusLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

This function enables you to display a list of assignments in one class type with a specific classification status. For example, you can list all objects whose classification data is locked.

Procedure

  1. From the classification menu, choose Start of the navigation path Environment Next navigation step Reporting Next navigation step Classification status. End of the navigation path

  2. Enter the class type for which you want to list assignments according to classification status.

  3. If required, you can also define whether you want to list only assigned classes or only other assigned objects.

  4. Choose Execute .

  5. You see a dialog box in which you select the classification status for which you want to list the assignments.

  6. The resulting list screen shows the assignments with the classification status you selected. You see the assigned classes and other objects, and the class to which they are assigned.
