Use

Tab pages of this type display objects that have a relationship to the central object or that exist below each other within a relationship. The system displays the objects that are part of the relationships that you have specified in the object navigator Customizing for this view. For example, they can include information about where the objects are used, structures they belong to, or objects to which they are assigned.

The system displays relationships in a table.

When you select a related object by clicking its link, the system loads the related object as the central object and adds it to the breadcrumb trail.

Prerequisites

You have made the following settings in Customizing for the object navigator:

  • Which objects of individual relationships are displayed in the object navigator

  • Which objects of a particular object type are always or never hidden for a particular relationship

  • Whether the objects of an object type are only hidden if hiding the objects ensures the uniformity of the object list

  • Whether in a heterogeneous list (the related objects and the central object can be of different object types) within one view, the display of individual attributes is explicitly activated

  • Whether in a heterogeneous list a sequence is given for the attributes being displayed

For more information about making settings for the layouts and views in the object navigator, see Customizing under Start of the navigation path Cross-Application Components Next navigation step Processes and Tools for Enterprise Applications Next navigation step Object Navigator End of the navigation path.
