Configuring Key Performance IndicatorsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Context

You can define the key performance indicators (KPIs) at the process definition level. They can then be calculated in real-time while process monitoring is happening. 3 types of KPIs can be defined for a process:

  • Count: Calculates the number of times an activity is executed

  • Duration: Calculates the amount of time that elapses between activity executions

  • Classification: Calculates a classification code, based on a user-defined rule, for the process instance. The classification can, for example, be used for analytics.

Note

KPIs are calculated for local processes only.
