You group real estate objects that have the same object type into sets, so that you can keep reusing a selection you entered once. One use for real estate sets is for CO assessment on real estate objects.
You can assign existing sets to another set to create a hierarchy.
You can also generate real estate sets automatically using reports (refer to Generating Real Estate Sets ).
There are two ways to reach manual processing of sets:
On the
SAP Easy Access
screen, choose:
with the quick info text
Create
.
Select the object type and enter a name for the set.
Note
The name is allowed to have up to twelve characters. It is not allowed to contain any special characters or spaces, except for an underscore (_).
To add objects to the set, choose
with the quick info text
Insert Rows
.
In the
Object Type
dialog box, choose the level on which you want to select objects.
Note
When you enter the transaction using the RE Navigator, you can use Drag&Drop to move real estate objects from the navigation area to the set area. The objects in the navigation area have to be at the selected level.
Save your entries.
All subordinate objects of the same object type of the set are added in a hierarchical form.
You can remove any objects that are not needed from this list.
Now you can use the sets, for example for CO assessment on real estate objects .
You are in the RE Navigator and want to add all rental objects of your business entity to a set. You choose the
Rental Object
object type for your set. In the navigation area, you choose your business entity in the object overview and move it with Drag&Drop to the set area. There you can see all rental objects in your business entity.
