Function documentationFollow-Up of Performance Assessments and Potential Assessments

Talent management specialists can update the appraisal documents for the performance assessment and potential assessment that the managers created with the values that were defined for the relevant employees in the talent review meeting.

Prerequisites

See Follow-Up of Talent Review Meetings.

Additionally, the following prerequisites must be met:

  • You use flexible appraisal processes to assess employees. For more information, see Assessment of Employees.

  • You have made the settings necessary for transferring performance values and potential values from the appraisal documents to talent review meetings and from the talent review meetings back to the appraisal documents.

For more information, see Configuration of Appraisal Templates for the Calibration Process for Employee Assessments.

  • If in Customizing you have activated the use of the status Approved for talent review meetings, talent management specialists must have approved the talent review meetings to be able to follow up on performance assessments and potential assessments.

For more information about the required Customizing settings, see the Prerequisites section of Talent Review Meeting.

Features

You can approve the performance assessments and potential assessments defined in the talent review meeting. You thus transfer the values that were defined in the talent review meeting back to the appraisal documents for the performance assessment and potential assessment that the managers have processed for the relevant employees.

Note Note

If the performance and the potential of the talents was discussed in the talent review meeting, you can approve the performance values and potential values only if both values are available.

End of the note.
