3 If a talent management specialist or manager wants to perform the following functions, the most recent version of the Adobe Flash Player must be installed on his or her PC:
Call talent review meeting in presentation mode
Display an employee's resume in the detailed talent profile
Edit development plan

4 If a talent management specialist, manager, or employee wants to use the print preview in Portable Document Format
(PDF), the Adobe Reader must be installed on his or her PC. The print preview as a PDF is available for the following functions:
