You can use the ICI/IMU and TASI Cockpit report (RFREXCITICI) to process the property tax and service tax. This report enables you to carry out all steps relevant for service tax administration:

  • Display the master data created for cadastral objects

  • Recalculate the tax amounts

  • Lock/unlock data

For more information on how to use the cockpit for processing property tax, see Property Tax (IMU) Report.

Features

You can access the report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, by choosing Start of the navigation path Accounting Next navigation step Flexible Real Estate Management Next navigation step Country Specifics Next navigation step Italy Next navigation step ICI/IMU and TASI Cockpit End of the navigation path. You can add this transaction (REXCITICI) to your favorites on the SAP Easy Access screen.

Selection
  • In the Object Selection group box, enter the required data to select the relevant cadastral objects. These should be architectural objects with an object type starting with ‘0I’.

You can also make selections in the Filter dialog box to call a specific architectural object.

  • In the Address Data group box, specify the location of the architectural object.

  • In the Cockpit Selection group box, you can choose which tax data you are going to process: property tax or service tax. For processing service tax, choose the TASI Cockpit radiobutton.

  • You can select the Recalculate Tax checkbox if you want to recalculate the service tax amount with the cockpit. If you have made any changes, for example, in Customizing, or in the contract, you can recalculate the service tax amount only with the cockpit. The recalculation is possible only for unlocked data. The cockpit overvrites the master data after the recalculation.

  • In the ICI/IMU and TASI Data group box, enter the validity period and select the Show Only IMU Data indicator to display only those architectural objects for which property tax data exists. The property tax data is necessary for the service tax.

    Note Note

If you deselect this checkbox, you can check which cadastral objects have no property tax data.

    End of the note.
  • In the Output Options group box, enter the required data for the report output list.

  • Choose Execute.

You can navigate from the report to the architectural object by choosing the link of the object in the output list.

  • Choose the Lock/Unlock pushbutton to ensure that the first installment amount or the balance cannot be changed subsequently.

  • You can select a specific time period at the top of the output list to display only the data records that are relevant for the selected period.
