Use this function if you want to create or print single correspondence and archive it for subsequent processing or display.
The single correspondence function in the office application is suitable for creating master data records.
This function is available by choosing
Print with Office Application
in the processing screens of the following objects:
Architectural object
Business entity
Building
Property
Rental object
Contract
Customizing
You have to make the settings in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate. Go to:
There you can select from a number of predefined forms. These forms have to be stored on your PC and assigned as document templates in Customizing.
You assign the document templates in the
Business Document Navigator
by choosing
Document Templates.
In the
Create
tab, select the document type by double-clicking on it. In the next screen, choose the document template that you wish to create and store on your PC.
You are processing a
Real Estate object. Choose
Print with Office Application.
In the next screen, choose the predefined form. If more than one business partner has been defined, choose the correct recipient. Then choose
Office Application
.
In the office application, you can modify the document as required. You can then print the document, print and store it, or simply store it.
