 Creating an Invoice List

Steps

To create an invoice list, do the following:

  1. Select the billing screen (see Billing Screen).

  2. Depending on the number of billing documents that you want to include, you can do the following to create the invoice list:

    • Select Start of the navigation path Invoice list Next navigation step Create End of the navigation path. You can then enter each billing document separately.

    • Create a list for all billing documents that are relevant for the invoice list. You can then process the work list for invoice lists. The following procedure shows you how to create the work list:

      1. Select Start of the navigation path Invoice list Next navigation step Edit work list Next navigation step . End of the navigation path

      2. Enter your selection criteria.

        The system displays a list of billing documents that meet your selection criteria.

      3. Select the billing documents that you want to include in the invoice list and select Start of the navigation path Invoice list Next navigation step Save Next navigation step . End of the navigation path

    Note Note

    • You can also simulate creation of invoice lists using the work list for invoice lists. This is useful as a test option. The simulation also allows you to carry out a split analysis, which shows you why billing documents are written to different invoice lists (for example, due to different payers).

    • Incorrect invoice lists can also be canceled.
