Use

When you work with a settlement company for the heating expenses settlement, you receive a data medium with the evaluation groups to be imported into Flexible Real Estate Management.

Prerequisites

You have created the following settlement structure:

Procedure

Choose

Flexible Real Estate Management → Service Charge Settlement → Tapes for External Settlement Company → Import A-Tape

In the initial screen, enter the settlement company, the save method and the file name. You define the characteristics of the settlement company in Customizing. Choose the following task level menu:

Customizing → Flexible Real Estate Management → Service Charge Settlement → Characteristics of Settlement Companies

The path specifying where the data is to be written and the format of the data medium used, depending on the settlement company, are defined in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate under:

Customizing → Flexible Real Estate Management → Service Charge Settlement → Settlement Parameters

Choose Execute (F8).

Result

The DME program imports this file and saves the evaluation group, the tenant number, and the corresponding business entity and rental object number in the master records of the rental objects and contracts.

 The settlement company should be informed of any change to the consumer number in your Organization.
