 Creating Parcels

Use

Each parcel is uniquely identified in the APR hierarchyin the real estate cadaster. The real estate cadaster ensures that all parcels have unique keys valid throughout Germany. The following identifiers define the parcel:

  • Country

    The country is Germany, for example.

  • Region (federal state)

    In Germany, the region is the federal state.

  • Local subdistrict

    The local subdistrict is a collection of tracts and parcels that border on one another topographically, for example, a local district or municipality.However, large local districts can be broken down into several local subdistricts.

  • Tract

    A topographically separate part of the local district

  • Parcel

    The parcel is that part of the tract that forms the smallest unit recorded in the real estate cadaster.

Prerequisites

You made the necessary settings in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) . Choose Start of the navigation path Country-Specific Settings Next navigation step Germany Next navigation step Land Use Management Next navigation step Central Settings for Land Use Management Next navigation step Define Hierarchical Location Structure. You also made the necessary settings for the parcel. Choose Start of the navigation path Country-Specific Settings Next navigation step Germany Next navigation step Land Use Management Next navigation step Parcel of Land. End of the navigation path

Procedure

  1. In the RE Navigator (RE80), choose Object Overview in the navigation area. In the dropdown list, choose Parcel.

    Choose with the quick info text Create .

    The Create Parcel dialog box appears.

  2. Choose a location key. Assign the tract number and parcel number, and choose with the quick info text Continue .

    The General Data tab page appears.

  3. Enter your data on this tab page and choose the Administration tab page. Enter the following data:

    • Survey Office

      Enter a partner with the role of survey office.

    • Hierarchical Object Location

    • Parcel Maps

      You can assign all necessary parcel maps and parcel map numbers to the parcel.

  4. Save your entries.

Result

You created a parcel.
