Individual Development
subprofile to:
Edit individual development plan items
Insert new development plan items
Insert a general development plan (or parts of it) into an individual development plan
Object type
This shows the type of development plan item involved (business event, staffing of a specific position, and so on).
Name
The name or ‘title’ of an item.
Status
The current status of the development plan item.
Validity period
The period during which a development plan item is ‘performed.’

Comments on the development plan item.
You can use the development plan history subprofile to display an overview of development plans already completed (worked through).
You can also set up a
Individual Development
