Approval of Talent Review Meetings
Talent management specialists can have the entire talent review meeting approved by a higher management level (outside of the system, for example, on paper). Then, when processing the talent review meeting, they can set the status Approved
for the entire talent review meeting.

In all infotype records of the infotypes

(7408) that the system created as a result of this talent review meeting, the system sets the status toClosed Approved

Depending on whether an implementation of the Business Add-In (BAdI)
Status Change of Talent Review Meeting
(HRTMC_B_RM_STATUS_CHANGE
) is active, the system can run the follow-up activities of the talent review meeting automatically in the background.In the standard SAP system, there is no active BAdI implementation. Therefore, the follow-up activities are not performed in the background. In the standard SAP system, you perform the follow-up activities on the

You can reset the status

.If you reset the status of the talent review meeting to
In Process
, you can continue to process it on the corresponding tab.If you withdraw the approval of the talent review meeting, the system sets the status to
Approved
in all infotype records of the infotypesPerformance
andPotential
that it created based on this talent review meeting. This is regardless of which status was defined in these records before the talent review meeting was approved.
