You use this report to generate a task-centric view of the process log. Using this report, you can identify:
Tasks and whether or not they are assigned to process definitions
Tasks executed on a specific instance of a business object
Process instances assigned to a task
Tasks executed by a specific user
You can use the List of Unassigned Tasks report to view a complete list of tasks that do not have any assignments.

If a task is assigned to a process definition, a folder symbol is displayed at the beginning of the line. When opened, the following related information is displayed:
Process definition ID
Process definition name
Activity ID
Activity definition
Where the folder symbol is displayed, you can navigate to the process monitor (transaction POC_MONITOR) by clicking on any of the results that are appear when you expand the folder.
