Entering Usages
Use
You can enter planned and actual usages for your parcels. These include:
An assigned land lease right
Mixed residential and commercial land
Parcels without structures (such as, land for construction, embankments, garden land, parking spaces, playgrounds, streets, parks)
Parcels with residential structures
Parcels with other structures
The usage types you can enter on the parcel are:
Actual usage
Planned usage
Use types are time-dependent and also dependent on the owner.
Prerequisites
You made the necessary settings in Customizing for
Flexible Real Estate Management
(RE-FX)
. Choose
Country-Specific Settings
Germany
Land Use Management
Parcel of Land
Specify Usage Types and Usage Subtypes.
To report on contracts changing holdings, make the necessary settings in Customizing for
Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
Choose
Central Settings for Land Use Management
Set Up Contract Types for Land Use Management.
Procedure
You are processing a parcel .
Choose the
Usages
tab page in the detail view. Choose
with the quick info text
Add New Entry.
You have two options:
Enter internal usage
Enter planned usage
For each of these options, you could choose one of these usage types:
Area with structures
Area with building law assigned to it
Area without structures
The system adds a row where you can select various characteristics.
Choose the usage types, and save.
On the
Contractual Usage
tab page, you can see the parcels, for which usage contracts have been entered in the system. You can manually enter usage spaces that are included in contracts, but not yet entered in the system.You can analyze this data using the lists on the
Overviews
tab page.
