The business entity consists of two condominiums (rental units):
Rental unit (RU) 1 with assessment contract 1 and customer (condominium owner) 1
Rental unit (RU) 2 with assessment contract 2 and customer (condominium owner) 2
There are two settlement units:
Settlement unit 1 for apportionable costs
Settlement unit 2 for costs that are not apportionable to tenants
