 Comparing Appraisals of the Same Appraisee Using Average Values: Example

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Human resources Next navigation step Personnel management Next navigation step Personnel development Next navigation step Information system Next navigation step Appraisals. End of the navigation path

  2. The Reporting Options for Appraisals screen appears.

  3. If necessary, change the object type.

  4. In the Appraiser field, enter data as required.

  5. Select the Completed and, if applicable, In process flags.

  6. Select the Individual and overall appraisal and Subappraisals flags.

  7. Choose Start of the navigation path Reporting Next navigation step Perform. End of the navigation path

  8. The Reporting Options for Appraisals screen appears. The appraisals you are looking for appear in a list.

  9. To select an appraisal as a reference appraisal, select the line in question, and choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Appraisal Next navigation step Reference appraisal +/-. End of the navigation path

  10. Select the appraisals you want to compare, and choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Appraisal Next navigation step Compare End of the navigation path .

  11. The Appraisals: Comparison screen appears. The appraisal elements of the appraisals you have selected are compared with each other.

  12. If necessary, change the formatting options. Choose Start of the navigation path Settings Next navigation step Editing options. End of the navigation path

  1. Select the Bars flag.

  2. Select the With average flag.

  3. Select either the Appraisers or the Appraisees flag.

Result

The appraisals of the same appraisee are compared with each other.
