View Layout for Engineering Record

In the standard system, a General view is provided that displays basic information about the engineering record. The following further views are provided, which display related objects for the engineering record:

• Assigned Objects

  This displays the objects that were assigned to the engineering record, in other words, the objects that were created or changed with the engineering record.

• Access Control Context

  This displays the contexts to which the engineering record belongs. You can also see whether the context is an owning context or a compound context.

• Linked Documents

  This displays the documents that were assigned to the engineering record as accompanying documents.

• Transferable Engineering Record Objects

  This displays the engineering record objects that can be transferred to other contexts.
