Purpose

You edit the dangerous goods basic data within the Basic Data and Tools component. You then use filling to transfer the dangerous goods basic data to the dangerous goods master of the Dangerous Goods Management component.

Integration

To edit dangerous goods data, use the SAP components:

Product Safety (EHS-SAF)

Materials Management (LO-MD-MM)

Dangerous Goods Basic Data (EHS-DGP-BD)

To fill dangerous goods data into the dangerous goods master, use the dangerous goods interfaces (EHS-DGP-INT) component.

To manage dangerous goods data in the dangerous goods master, use the dangerous goods master data (EHS-DGP-MD) component.

To create or change data records that are not to be valid for the whole system time period, use engineering change management.
