Activating Phrasing

Procedure

  1. In the overview tree on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path SAP menu Next navigation step Logistics Next navigation step Environment, Health and Safety Next navigation step Basic Data and Tools Next navigation step Tools Next navigation step Match Up Master Data End of the navigation path .

    The EHS: Match Up Master Data screen appears.

    To activate the attributes, set the Activate Phrasing of Fields indicator.

  2. Choose Execute or Start of the navigation path Program Next navigation step Execute in Background End of the navigation path .

    Note Note

    If you have not activated phrasing, you can neither change the phrase sets in the phrase set-attribute assignment nor create new entries. To access phrase set-attribute assignment, in the Basic Data and Tools menu, choose Start of the navigation path Phrases Next navigation step Edit Phrase Set-to-Attribute Assignments End of the navigation path . Start of the navigation path In the property tree, chooseTables / Structure Fields Next navigation step DGTM2orTables / Structure Fields Next navigation step RDTPOSPSET.TheEdit Phrase Set-to-Characteristic Assignmentscreen appears.   3. A list appears in which the number of new attributes for phrasing is specified.

Result

You can edit the phrase set-to-attribute assignment for DGTM2 and RDGTPOSPSET and create new entries.
