Description Tab Page

Use

On this tab page, you can enter a descriptive text that explains the objective setting process or the structure and use of the appraisal document in more detail.

Structure

In addition to the header data of the appraisal template, the tab page also includes the following fields and pushbuttons:

  • Description selection field

    Use the input help to specify whether you want to create descriptions in the standard format or in the Web format. Descriptions in Web format have the advantage that you can also make references to other documents by including a link.

    Note Note

    If you edit a description in Web layout only, the text is only displayed in the Web environment. If you use BSP applicationsfor the appraisal document, you can also use HTML tags to format the text.

    If you have not defined an individual Web layout, the standard description is also displayed in the browser.

  • Input field for entering the descriptive text

    For example, you can enter text in this field to describe the appraisal process.

  • Pushbuttons

    You can use the available pushbuttons to upload a text from a local file or save the text you have written to a local file.
