Residence Status Infotype (0048)

Use

In the Residence Status infotype (0048), enter the specifications on the status of the foreign employee’s residence permit.

Structure

In addition to the validity period of the infotype, enter the following data:

  • The type of official residence permit issued by the office for non-nationals
  • Issue number
  • Expiration date
  • Issuing authority
  • Date issued
  • Passport number
  • Date of entry

The Issue number and the Expiration date are in particular used to request a renewal or an extension of the residence permit from the office for non-nationals.
