Assigning the Files from EC-CS and EC-PCA

For flexible upload of organizational units from SAP Enterprise Controlling (EC-CS/EC-PCA), the system loads the files to the following InfoObjects and internal fields of the consolidation system (SEM-BCS):

InfoObject Catalog 0SEM_BCS_CHA03

The InfoObjects have to be assigned to the InfoObject catalog for characteristics that you have specified in the source data basis. The InfoObject catalog for characteristics 0SEM_BCS_CHA03 is available as SAP Business Content in SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence (BI) for this purpose.

You can also use a different InfoObject catalog provided it contains all of the InfoObjects of 0SEM_BCS_CHA03 .

Assignments of the Files from EC-CS and EC-PCA to the Source Fields

The InfoObjects and internal fields of the consolidation system are used depending on the file type and the data type you have defined in Customizing the flexible upload.

The following tables show the fixed assignment of the fields in the files to the InfoObjects and internal fields of consolidation:

  • You load combinations of profit centers and companies, and also the master data of the profit centers from a file of type Combination Profit Center/Company from ECC (PRCTR_COMP.TXT). The system assigns the fields to the file as follows:
