Intensive Care Scoring: Configuration Functions

Use

You must make a number of basic settings before you can use intensive care scoring.

Activities

Check the function codes of your organizational units (OUs) in Customizing for SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals under Start of the navigation path Hospital Basic Data Next navigation step Hospital Structure Next navigation step Organizational Structure Next navigation step AT: Maintain Regional Fund Function Codes for Organizational Units End of the navigation path . The codes must follow one of the following patterns (according to the handbook for procedure and diagnoses-oriented hospital financing (LKF) - Organization and Data Processing, Appendix 6 - Function Codes ):

  • 12xx81xx

  • 121117xx

  • 125112xx

  • 126331xx

  • 136331xx

This is necessary so that you can enter intensive care data for movements with this OU.

For more information, see Customizing for SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals under Start of the navigation path Hospital Basic Data Next navigation step Hospital Structure Next navigation step Organizational Structure Next navigation step AT: Maintain Regional Fund Function Codes for Organizational Units End of the navigation path .

When entering intensive care data (see Intensive Care Scoring: Data Entry ), the system may issue an error message. You can specify the type of this message in Customizing for SAP Healthcare - Industry-Specific Components for Hospitals under Start of the navigation path Basic Settings Next navigation step System Parameters Next navigation step Message Control Next navigation step Maintain Messages End of the navigation path .
