Subscribing to Mails About Changes to an Object

Use

If you want to be notified of changes to an object, you can subscribe to the object. You can terminate the subscription at any time.

Procedure

Subscribe to or Cancel an Object

  1. In the Toolbox of the object services, choose .

  2. Choose Subscribe/Cancel Object.

  3. If you have not yet subscribed to the object, you are accepted in the list of subscribers.

  4. If you already belong to the list of subscribers, a dialog box is displayed. Make your selection.

Result

As soon as the object you have subscribed to is changed or deleted, you receive a message in your mail inbox.
