Employment and Salary Verification This service enables employees to create an employment and salary verification, which they can then fax to third parties (such as a bank or loan agency). This further reduces the burden of administrative tasks performed by the HR department. This service is only relevant to the USA.
Consumer-to-business
Employees are not restricted in their use of this Internet Application Component. The employee must have an SAP user that is directly related to his or her Master Data via the
Communication
infotype (0105).
The standard SAP system includes a role that contains all of the necessary authorizations. For further information see SAP Library under

To set up the required users, you must enter various settings in Customizing. For further details, see Customizing under .
Input fields in this service have been reduced to a minimum so that employees with no experience of the SAP system are still able to fax their verifications to the institutions of their choice.
