Extra Requirements

There are a number of extra requirements, depending on the way in which you plan to use SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer:

Publishing to Office Documents
- Microsoft Office 2016 and newer versions with build number starting with 16.0
- Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are supported
  Note
  - Only desktop version of PowerPoint and Word are supported.
  - Publishing to PowerPoint (ppt) format is not supported. It's recommended to use PowerPoint (pptx) format.
HTML viewing - Browser Client:
- Microsft Edge with Internet Explorer compatibility mode activated
MP4 viewing
- For MP4 media file within steps, there is a video pop-up window which plays the video. For other formats; for example, AVI and MPG, the video plays inside the viewport.

  The appropriate codec is required to view the media file. You may require a third-party video player that has required codecs.

- Graphics card which supports OpenGL 2.0 and Shader Model 3.0
