Displaying Key Figure Values

Prerequisites

If actual costs have been incurred by the order, you can display the value categories and amounts that go into each key figure used in the information system.

Example

Procedure

  1. Select the required order.

  2. Choose the Costs tab page.

  3. You see an overview of the costs determined for the value categories, which were created in your system during Customizing.

  4. Choose the Key figures tab page.

  5. You see the key figures that are valid for the order and the values with which they were updated.

  6. Select the required key figure and choose Details .

The system displays a dialog box containing the individual value categories and amounts used to update the key figure.
