Adding the Process List Viewer as a Related Link

Use

To be able to open the process list easily from the universal worklist (UWL) you need to add the process list viewer as related link to the UWL.

The process list shows details on the process which includes the selected task in the UWL.

Prerequisites

You have administrator rights for the portal content, that is, the content administrator portal role is assigned to you.

Procedure

  1. Log in your portal as a content administrator.

  2. Choose the Content Administration tab page.

    The portal content catalogue is displayed.

  3. In the portal content catalogue, choose Start of the navigation pathPortal Content Next navigation step Content Provided by SAP Next navigation step  End User Content Next navigation step  Standard Portal Users Next navigation step  Pages Next navigation step  Universal Worklist Next navigation step  Universal WorklistEnd of the navigation path.

    Alternatively you can search for pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/general/pages/com.sap.km.pages/com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.uwl_page .

  4. In the context menu of Universal Worklist , choose Start of the navigation pathOpen Next navigation step Related LinksEnd of the navigation path.

  5. In the portal content catalogue, choose Start of the navigation pathPortal Content Next navigation step  Content Provided by SAP Next navigation step  End User Content Next navigation step  BPEM Next navigation step  Pages Next navigation step  Process List ViewerEnd of the navigation path.

    Alternatively, you can search for pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/com.sap.bpem/com.sap.bpem.pages/com.sap.bpem.ProcessListViewer .

  6. In the context menu of Process List Viewer , choose Add as Related Link .

  7. Confirm the Add Related Link dialog box with OK .

  8. Save your settings.

Next time when you open your universal worklist ( Start of the navigation pathHome Next navigation step WorkEnd of the navigation path), in the left hand panel under Related Links the Process List Viewer is displayed.
