Working with Logs

This section provides an overview of the SAP Landscape Management log types.

The log overview allows you to view basic information about an operation such as the operation ID, activity ID, date, status, application instance, and so on.

Export log entries and log details to an XML data file.

You can archive and delete operation logs or change logs to reduce the load of the log database. SAP Landscape Management copies the log entries from the log database to a user-specified directory and then deletes the logs from the database.

You can delete operation logs or change logs without archiving to reduce the load of the log database.
