Filtering Templates Available in the Schedule

You filter templates by user, template name, execution status, or execution date.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation pathOperations Next navigation step SchedulesEnd of the navigation path.
  2. Select the filter for the templates as required. You have the following filter criteria:
    • Name
    • Operation Template
    • Last Execution Status
    • Next Execution
    • Execution Date
    • User
    • Description

Results

All templates that match your filter criteria are displayed. If you’ve selected an execution date range, all templates that have been executed within this date range or are scheduled within this date range are displayed.
