Listing a Report Definition

  1. On any Create/Change/Display Report screen, choose Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step List definition Next navigation step . End of the navigation path

  2. The Report Writer: List Report Definition screen appears.

  3. Enter the library and name of the report that you want to display.

  4. If you want to display the report texts (title page, header, footer, last page, and text for export), select List texts .

  5. If you want to display the graphics of the sets used in the report, select Set graphics .

  6. Choose Start of the navigation path Program Next navigation step Execute End of the navigation path .

The List Report Definition: <Report Name> screen appears, displaying a complete definition of the report you entered on the previous screen.

You can print the complete report definition using the Print function.
