Executing a Report Group in the Background

  1. From the Report Painter screen, choose Start of the navigation path Report Writer Next navigation step Report group Next navigation step Execute Next navigation step . End of the navigation path

  2. The Execute Report Group: Initial Screen appears.

  3. Enter the name of the report group and choose Execute .

  4. The <Report Group Name>: Selection screen appears.

  5. Enter the report selection criteria as required.

  6. Choose Start of the navigation path Program Next navigation step Execute in background End of the navigation path .

  7. The Background Print Parameters dialog box appears.

  8. Enter the printer name to which you want to send the report and other data as required (spool request, and so on).

  9. Choose Continue .

The background job is executed.
