Displaying Selection Statistics for a Report Group

You can display statistics on the number of data selections made for a particular report group. This allows you to determine which reports are often or seldom used in a productive system.

To display the selection statistics for a report group:

Choose Start of the navigation path Extras Next navigation step History End of the navigation path .

The Report Group: History dialog box appears, displaying the revision history of the report group, as well as the name of the user who made the last data selection and the number of times that data has already been selected for the report group.

You can reset the data selection counter to zero by choosing Reset .

Note Note

You can also display data selection statistics in the report output ( Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Selection log End of the navigation path ) and in the report group directory ( Start of the navigation path Utilities Next navigation step Catalog End of the navigation path ).

End of the note.
