Deleting a Library

You cannot restore a library once it has been deleted.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Information Systems Next navigation step Ad Hoc Reports Next navigation step Report Painter Next navigation step Report Writer Next navigation step Library Next navigation step Delete End of the navigation path .

  2. The Delete Library: Initial Screen appears.

  3. In the Library field, enter the name of the library that you want to delete.

  4. Choose Delete .

A dialog box appears, asking you if you want to delete the library.

Note Note

You cannot delete a library that is being used by a report. To see if a library is being used by a report, choose Start of the navigation path Extras Next navigation step Use End of the navigation path on any library screen.

  1. To delete the library, choose Yes .

Result

The system deletes the library.
