Selecting and Deselecting Report Data

Procedure

  1. To select a block of report data for further processing, position the cursor on the first row of the block that you want to select.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Select block End of the navigation path .

  3. Position the cursor on the last line of the block you want to select.

  4. Choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Select block End of the navigation path .

Note Note

To deselect the block, choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step Deselect block End of the navigation path .

The system highlights the block of report data you selected.
