Troubleshooting SNC Client Encryption
Use
If you have trouble logging on with SNC Client Encryption, check the following:

The client user is logged on in the Windows domain.

Check the service principal name entered in the Microsoft Active Directory server for the ABAP system.

In the user interface for SAP GUI for Windows client, check the service principal name and realm. The realm is case sensitive.

Check that the environment variable SNC_LIB of the client host system is set to <Install_ Path_ SAP_ GUI>\FrontEnd \SapGui \Encryption \secgss.dll

Check the log files on the client and server host systems

Enable the trace
