Role Design

  • Updated:

    Business Role Coverage Report app

    You can now get a detailed overview of the user roles contained or not contained in business roles to achieve a higher business role coverage. For more information, refer to: Business Role Coverage. ( You require SAP ID to access the link.)

  • Unassociated Access Report app

    This report shows all roles that exist but are not associated with business roles. For more information, refer to: Unassociated Access Report. (You require SAP ID to access the link.)

    Access Report app

    This app combines the functionality of two existing apps: User Access Assignment Report and Unassigned Access Report. In this report, you can view users with their access assignments and all unassigned accesses. For more information, refer to the link here: Access Report. (You require SAP ID to access the link.)

    The two existing apps: User Access Assignment Report and Unassigned Access Report will be deprecated in February 2026.

    Access Usage Report app

You can now retrieve users based on new identification schemes: email, global user ID, and universal search parameter. This flexibility allows you to use your unique identifiers.
