Updating Aliases to Use an Enumeration Type

Prerequisites

You should have created an Enumeration Type .

Context

You need to update schema elements and classes with the enumeration type in case you want to use the enumeration type.

Procedure

  1. Locate the Project Resources node and double-click the node.

  2. In the Project Resources editor, choose the Aliases tab.
  3. In the aliases editor that appears, select the alias, choose the default value next to Return Type: or Parameters: and choose the enumeration type in the drop down menu.
  4. Save the changes.
