Deploying the Rules

Prerequisites

You should have a running instance of SAP AS, and should have configured the SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio with this instance.

In the Project Explorer view, in the context menu of the ratecalculation node, choose Development Component Build
In the dialog box that appears, make sure the ratecalculation checkbox is selected and choose OK .

To check if the build was successful, check the Infrastructure Console .

Note

If the Infrastructure Console is not open, choose Window Show View Other and in the dialog box that appears expand the Development Infrastructure node and choose Infrastructure Console and then choose OK .
In the context menu of the ratecalculation node, choose Development Component Deploy.
In the Deploy DCs dialog box that appears, select the ratecalculation checkbox and choose OK.

Note

Open the Infrastructure Console , to check if the deploy was successful.

A dialog box saying Deploy finished successfully appears.
