You must delete the redemption schedules belonging to the redemption schedule sets first.

If this indicator is set, the display log contains all the selected redemption schedules sets that were deleted in the update run. This field is set as a default. |

If you have saved a layout, you can select it in this field. The list is then structured in the way you want from the outset. |
Call up the function and enter selection criteria to ensure that the system only selects the redemption schedule sets you want to delete.
First carry out a test run.
a. Do this by setting the
Test Run
indicator.
b. Also make sure that the
Display RS sets
indicator is active.
c. If you want to use your own display variant, choose the required layout.
d. Execute the report.
The log tells you the number of redemption schedule sets selected. These are shown in the list.
e. Check the redemption schedule sets selected.
If these are the correct redemption schedule sets, you can now start the update run. If the list contains redemption schedule sets that you do not want to delete, check your selection conditions. When you have corrected the selection conditions, carry out another test run.
Deactivate the
Test Run
indicator and perform the update run.
The system deletes the selected redemption schedule sets.
