Edit Drawing Factors

Use

The issuer of a drawable bond informs the owner of the drawable bond of the factor indicating the percentage of the nominal amount that was drawn. You use this function to enter the factor. The system uses this value when you transfer the drawn portions of the bond using the Security Right function. The drawn amount is then calculated automatically when you use the calculator facility.

Activities

  1. Call up the function. The Display View "Drawing Factors Header": Overview screen appears.

  2. To make a new entry, choose Start of the navigation path Edit Next navigation step New Entries. End of the navigation path

  3. First enter the header data for the drawing factors:

    1. a. Choose an ID number.

    2. b. Choose a calculation base. You can choose between "Direct entry of drawing factor" and "Percentage entry of drawing factor".

    3. c. Saveyour entries

  4. Then enter the drawing factor. Select the ID number for which you want to enter the drawing factor, and choose Drawing Factors.

  5. Enter the publication date and the drawing factor. Your entry for the drawing factor will depend on the calculation base you have chosen, for example 5 (%) or 0.05.

  6. Save your entries.
