Displaying Commission Contracts

Use

Once you have entered the contract number, you can display existing contracts (display mode). You can display versions as well as contract sections for a fixed technical time spot, and changes for a fixed effective time spot.

Prerequisites

Commission contracts have already been created.

Features

In the Contract number field, enter the number of the required contract. The Effectively valid from and Technically valid to fields are defaulted with the current date and time. You can change these if required.

Choose . The system displays the Display Commission Contract (Versions) screen.

To see the display options for displaying the commission contract, choose the Display Variant pushbutton. The Display Commission Contract: Display Variant Definition screen is displayed. You can now choose one of the following display options:

Display all versions

Display commission contract that is technically valid on a certain date

Display commission contract that is effectively valid on a certain date

To specify whether items from changes are to be determined during item determination, for which no new contract version was/is written, set the With external items indicator. To activate the selected display variant, choose Select.

To define the selected display variant as a standard, choose Select As Standard Variant. This means that when you redisplay the commission contract, this setting has been saved as the default.

To compare versions according to the time spot, choose Time Spot-Based Version Comparison. The Display Commission Contract: Version Comparison dialog box is displayed. You have the following options:

You can enter an effective and a technical validity time spot. The system then compares the corresponding versions (if such versions exist for these points in time) for exactly these times. It might be one and the same version, because it is also possible to compare the staff assignment, in other words the assignment of the commission contract to positions and/or organizational units.

You can also enter the version number. In this case, the start time is selected automatically.

If you choose Start Comparison, the next screen is displayed. This can be laid out according to the enterprise or the commission clerk.

You also have the option of making customer-specific settings by grouping individual change objects, and creating various display variants and/or initial screen variants.

The created change lists can be printed, sent out, exported (MS Word, MS Excel), and also saved and stored.
