Installing SAProuter

Download the latest SAProuter from SAP Support Portal. On UNIX, SAProuter is installed as a daemon. On Windows it is installed as a service.

Prerequisites

First read the hardware requirements for SAProuter.

Procedure

  1. Download: To download, proceed as follows:
    1. To find the latest SAProuter on SAP Support Portal, go to https://support.sap.com/en/my-support/software-downloads.htmlInformation published on SAP site.
    2. Choose Start of the navigation pathSupport Packages and Patches Next navigation step S Next navigation step  SAPROUTEREnd of the navigation path.
  2. Installation: The installation of SAProuter depends on the operating system used:
