Re-Read Route Permission Table: Option -n

With this option you can report changes in the route permission table to the active SAProuter. This is how the table named with Option -R <routtab> (default saprouttab) is re-read. You can use this function if, for example, you want to enter other restrictions in the route permission table without having to stop and restart SAProuter.
