Talent management specialists can use this iView to enter the corporate goals and core values and cascade them to individual employees.
When entering the data under , in addition to a title and a long description, the talent management specialist has the option of specifying the KPI (key performance indicator)/ranking with which the target achievement is to be measured.
As soon as at least one corporate goal or core value has been entered in this way, this can be cascaded for individual employees, meaning transferred to the employee documents, under .
The talent management specialist can select and deselect employees that he or she wants to cascade either individually or as an entire organizational unit.
After cascading, the individual corporate goals and core values in Performance Management are listed in the corresponding areas of the employee documents, for example, for the predefined Performance Management process, in the following sequence:

For the iView, the Web Dynpro application HAP_A_PMP_GOALS
is stored with the following application parameter:

Default Values
Wert = PA
Specifies that the service displays corporate goals and core values (not team goals as is the case for the manager, for example). Both corporate goals and core values are displayed.
Other Values
If you do not want to use the default values, you can assign other values to the role.
Wert = CV
Specifies that only core values are displayed.
Wert = CG
Specifies that only corporate goals are displayed.
