Displaying Forms in PDF/A Format
Use
PDF/A is a standard format for long-term archiving of documents and is based on Adobe PDF format version 1.4. (PDF-A1) or version 1.7. (PDF-A2). A PDF in PDF/A format is not interactive, does not contain scripting, and its fonts are embedded.
Supported PDF/A Formats
The following PDF/A versions are supported in SAP NetWeaver AS for Java 7.5 SP05 (ADS version 1160.2016+) and higher:

Prerequisites
Before you select a PDF/A format, you must check whether the installed ADS version supports the respective functionality.
