Meaning of Icons: Questionnaire
Use
You are offered numerous operating elements to edit questionnaires, most of them have a symbol which represents the respective function. In this section, you get a complete overview of the symbols used and their meaning.

Questionnaire. The symbol indicates the uppermost node of element hierarchy of a questionnaire. |

Expert Mode On/Off. When the expert mode is switched off, you are offered the following content oriented questionnaire elements: |

Page. The questionnaire contains at least one page. You can create further pages. |
|
|
Question Group. Used as a grouping element for questions, question tables, or other question groups. |
|
|
Question. Contains the question text and a configurable input element to answer the question. |
|
|
Option. Represents one of more answer possibilities for questions that are not of the type input field. |
|
|
Question Table. Used as a grouping element for question rows and answer columns. |
|
|
Question row. Contains the text of a question (or statement) and a configurable input element to reply. |
|
|
Answer column. Contains additional input elements to reply (for example, for the combination of answer defaults and free text). |
|
|
Text Display. Contains static text without input possibility (for example, for notes on filling out the questionnaire). |
